This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Hepatitis Queensland will be held a little differently than it has been in the past. For the first time, our AGM will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The meeting will take place on Monday 2nd November 2020, commencing at 5:30pm, with RSVP’s required by close of business 25th October 2020. Register online here.

The meeting is open to all members, staff and others with an interest in the organisation. Only members of the organisation can vote. View the AGM Agenda here.

As per the constitution this notice is also a call for nominations to positions on the Board of Hepatitis Queensland. HQ operates under a half senate board structure with the following positions eligible for nomination:

  • Chairperson
  • Vice-Chair
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Ordinary Board Member

All members are invited to nominate by downloading the Hepatitis Queensland Nomination form. Nominations, declarations and proxies for to the AGM must be received by the Secretary no later than 25th October 2020.

You can download a proxy form here.

All completed forms can be posted to The Secretary, Hepatitis Queensland, PO Box 230 RBH, Herston Qld 4029, or alternatively emailed to info@hepqld.asn.au.

Thank you for your continued support of HQ and I look forward to seeing you at our AGM.

If you have any questions please contact Katelin Haynes (HQ CEO), email info@hepqld.asn.au or via the office phone on 07 3846 0020.

Following the AGM there will be a Hepatitis Queensland 25th Birthday Movie.
